The digital world never stops. Every video you stream, call you make, swipe, like, or product you buy online runs through data centers, and those consume an enormous amount of energy. That’s where Coolgradient comes in. 

We’re a green-tech start-up on a mission to make our digital lives more sustainable. Our solution, GRADIENT Perceptive AI, is a no-code, plug-and-play optimization tool that helps data centers operate more efficiently, sustainably, and cost-effectively. Already in use across the globe, GRADIENT has saved tens of thousands of GWh in energy. And we’re just getting started! 

As we scale up, we’re looking for a collaborative Go-To-Market Engineer to help bring GRADIENT to even more data centers and drive meaningful change in the way the world powers digital life. 

 

🚀 Your impact zone 

You’ll be taking on a strategic role at the crossroads of sales, operations, and technology. This is not a traditional sales engineering job, this is GTM engineering. Your purpose? Architect and optimize the entire revenue motion: from identifying ideal customer profiles to building scalable systems that turn those profiles into real, measurable outcomes. 

You’ll partner with leadership on GTM strategy, build out workflows that scale revenue, and implement next-gen tools to create efficient, repeatable, insight-driven growth. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Design and lead end-to-end buyer journeys, from identifying ideal customer profiles to facilitating successful revenue outcomes across a range of data center environments. 

  • Guide technical discovery processes and develop ROI frameworks to effectively communicate the value of AI-driven optimization. 

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel GTM initiatives that boost engagement and drive measurable outcomes. 

  • Build automation systems, scalable workflows, and proof-of-concept environments to enhance efficiency and reduce acquisition costs. 

  • Work cross-functionally with teams in product, sales, and marketing to align GTM efforts and support consistent delivery. 

  • Collaborate on the creation of technical content, validation assets, and customer success stories to strengthen trust and credibility. 

Job requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, Growth Strategy, or similar roles. 

  • Familiarity with modern Go-To-Market platforms and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). 

  • Ability to convey complex technical capabilities through compelling business narratives. 

  • Experience in industrial B2B SaaS—especially in areas such as infrastructure efficiency, data center tech, or energy optimization—is a plus. 

  • Strong communication skills that resonate across both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment and show initiative in navigating ambiguity.
