Product Owner (24h/w)

We’re a green-tech start-up on a mission to make our digital lives more sustainable. Our solution, GRADIENT Perceptive AI, is a no-code, plug-and-play optimization tool that helps data centers operate more efficiently, sustainably, and cost-effectively. Already in use across the globe, GRADIENT has saved thousands of GWh in energy. And we’re just getting started! 

As we scale up, we’re looking for a collaborative Product Owner (24h/w) to help structure our product development and drive impactful change in how the world powers digital life. 

This is a part-time role, with the possibility to grow your hours as Coolgradient expands, giving you the opportunity to make an even greater impact on the future of sustainable digital infrastructure. 

🚀 Your impact zone 

As our part-time Product Owner (PO), you’ll be the crucial link between strategy and execution, the one turning high-level ideas into clear, actionable steps that move our product forward. 

While you’ll collaborate closely with leadership on priorities and strategy, your main focus will be on execution and delivery. You’ll translate product vision into structured backlogs, guide development teams, and ensure every sprint delivers meaningful outcomes for users and the business.

Working closely with our CPO and Design team, you’ll help shape GRADIENT’s roadmap and keep our product process focused, aligned, and impactful. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Partnering with the CPO to turn product strategy into clear priorities and actionable outcomes. 

• Collaborating with Design early to shape requirements and ensure features deliver real user value. 

• Defining and owning acceptance criteria that reflect both user and business needs. 

• Translating complex goals into actionable backlog items and prioritizing work for maximum impact. 

• Acting as a bridge between strategy and execution, aligning product, design, and engineering. 

🔋 What powers you 

We value a variety of experiences and backgrounds. If you meet most of the criteria and are excited about the role, we encourage you to apply. 

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar strategic delivery role. A specific degree is not required, but experience and understanding of software and technology are essential. 

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practices, including Jira or similar tools. 

• Experience in tech or software within startup or scale-up environments. 

• Strong communication skills, able to constructively challenge stakeholders, align teams, and translate ideas into actionable work. 

• Curious, enthusiastic and capable of structuring complex problems. 

• Nice-to-have: Understanding or experience in AI, data, data centers or IoT/ industrial software.
